I live in Auckland, NZ, I couldn't find the shoes in my size in Auckland and I really, really wanted and had to have these shoes, my darling son in Perth was buying them as a birthday present to encourage me to get out there and start walking again, as I love to do, and I was instructed to get my feet tested and buy top quality footwear, I looked around stores locally and found the shoes I loved, but not in my size, they were supportive, appropriate and super/ultra modern and great looking, so I looked online and the internet steered me to Running Warehouse in Australia, I bought online 16th April and received approximately 10 days later...everything in perfect order, the right shoes, the right size....gorgeous shoes, VERY happy customer...thanks Running Warehouse....HIGHLY recommend! ????????????

I’ve been buying Hokas from RW since someone told me about them at a wedding 6 years ago, all from RW....I had a return issue and they handled it no problem....clearly they value their customers and their reputation more than a few bucks.....very much appreciated.....

There is no more free returns from UK and they say there might be additional fees and costs for return that they cannot advise! I am left totally in dark and dont know what to do with the running shoes that I recently bought but want to return! If you live in UK, dont buy from them

Not a better place to buy your shoes..I have been doing business with this company for well over 10 years..i would say i have bought close to 50 pair of shoes..never a problem..smooth as silk..the customer service is the best..always helpful and very very friendly..truthfully this is the only company I order from..period..shoes are fresh..no broken boxes..fast shipping..I can't say enough good things about this 5 star company..Thank You

I ordered socks. They said that this socks are out of stock so I can get them at the end of the year. But that was not visible from their page. They return money. Everything is OK.

Bought a pair of Asics Nimbus couple of weeks ago. Probably my 10th pair now from these guys. Nimbus suit my foot. (Have bought many other brands over the years) Never had an issue with my orders. I would recommend them as an online store. No issue.
Running marathons year in year out/and training daily/regularly does wear shoes down quite quickly. Would be great if they had better sales when they have them with bigger savings as $200 a pop + for runners does get expensive. Other than that all good.

I have used Running Warehouse for years. It has been for me one of the most reliable online companies I have ever used. The customer service has always been top notch. There has never been a problem with a return or crediting back my account. Running Warehouse is a superb and trustworthy place to do business.

Recently purchased a pair of running shoes here. I went back a few weeks later to purchase a different pair of shoes and noticed the pair I'd just purchased were $20 cheaper. I then found them $60 cheaper elsewhere. I asked this store if they'd give me $20 off another pair of shoes I wanted to buy from them and got a concise 'no' response. As they aren't particularly cheap ($60 cheaper elsewhere) and the staff aren't diplomatic or helpful. I won't be going here again

This is one place I can usually count on having my size (which is a harder to find size) I love that I'm able to easily pre-order my running shoes. Quick and free shipping and free returns.

I order my running shoes exclusively from Running Warehouse (likely 15 pairs over the last 5 years). When I've run into any issue with my order (including just not liking the way the shoe fit), they have been quick and responsive to refund and to deal with the shipping. Until something changes, I won't go anywhere else.
